Andy Potanin

Andy Potanin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in DevOps and cloud architecture. Currently serving as DevOps Manager at Transact Campus Inc since May 2019, Andy has led the formation of a specialized Cloud Automation Group and overseen the transformation of Campus ID products to cloud-native architectures. Previous roles include Senior DevOps Engineer at Blackboard, where notable achievements included designing a cloud-native architecture for Mobile Credential for Apple Pay, and Founder of Usability Dynamics, which developed innovative technology solutions for clients like Lockheed Martin. Andy's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and IT expertise were honed. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler and an MBA from Webster University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from Campbell University.
