Shabana Jiwaji

Shabana Jiwaji has extensive experience in service delivery and sales operations within the telecommunications and financial markets sectors. Currently a Manager of Financial Markets Service Delivery at Transaction Network Services since September 2021, Shabana previously held roles including Senior Analyst in Financial Markets Sales Operations. Prior to this, Shabana operated as a Photographer at Shabana Photography and served in various managerial capacities at Nextgen Networks, culminating as Performance and SLA Manager. Additional roles include Key Account Operations Manager at Nextgen Networks, National Service Manager at Silk Telecom, and Service Delivery Manager at both Telstra Business Systems and Touchbase, showcasing a strong background in customer service and operational efficiency.
