Shawn Kelly

Shawn Kelly is an experienced telecommunications professional with a diverse background in network operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Operations Center Technician III at Transaction Network Services since December 2021, Shawn previously held the position of Ramp Service Cargo Agent at Worldwide Flight Services from August 2019 to December 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technology Service Technician at Ricoh USA, Inc., where Shawn managed territory and customer service for multi-function printers, and a NOC Technician contract with TEKsystems, providing network troubleshooting and customer support for Sprint. Shawn's extensive tenure at Transaction Network Services began in 2000, culminating in roles as a Network Engineer II and NOC Technician III, where Shawn specialized in SS7 network installations and training technical support staff. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management from DeVry University.
