Ron D.

Ron D. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at TransAlta Corporation since March 1998, where responsibilities include managing legal functions for the partnership with Berkshire Hathaway Energy and supporting growth initiatives in renewable energy project development. Previously, Ron held the position of Legal Counsel at TransAlta, focusing on the acquisition, development, and financing of domestic and international projects, and managed the divestiture of TransAlta's Mexico operations. Before joining TransAlta, Ron was Legal Counsel at SaskPower, concentrating on international project development with an emphasis on South America.
