Lauren Mork

Lauren Mork, SHRM-SCP, PHR, currently serves as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Transamerica since December 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren held various positions at PDCM Insurance from October 2016 to December 2024, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Consultant, and Human Resources Generalist, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee recognition, and HR consulting. Lauren began the professional journey at Correll, Sheerer, Benson, Engels, Galles & Demro, P.L.C., working as a receptionist, and also completed an internship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Iowa. Lauren earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, complemented by earlier education at Loras College and Western Dubuque High School.
