Joshua Tintner

Joshua Tintner has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Of Counsel at TransAsia Lawyers since August 2011 and as a legal consultant on a freelance basis since October 2008. Previously, Joshua was an Associate at Clyde & Co. International Law Firm from October 2007 to October 2008, where management of the Shanghai corporate practice was coordinated with partners in Hong Kong, and European SMEs were advised on various business operations involving China. Joshua also worked as an Associate at TransAsia Lawyers from August 2004 to July 2007. Educationally, Joshua holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Plan II degree in Psychology, Literature, and Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
