Seth Krieger

Seth Krieger has a diverse range of work experience in various roles. Seth started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Chadwick School from June 2014 to July 2016. Seth then worked as an Engineering Intern at Qualified Technologies in May 2017, where they provided repair services for small aircraft and conducted testing and diagnostics on malfunctioning hardware.

In 2018, Seth joined the USC Racing - Formula SAE Team as an Electrical Engineer and eventually became the Electronics Team Lead from June 2020 to August 2022. Seth was responsible for researching and designing circuits for strain data acquisition and power distribution in the car. During this time, they also worked as an Electrical Engineer at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from September 2019 to October 2021 on the TH2OR project, focusing on developing a time-domain electromagnetic sounding system for the detection of liquid water on Mars.

In 2019, Seth also had an internship at Civan Advanced Technologies, where they worked with VHDL and ASIC design, specifically designing modules for a high-speed RS422 UART and developing a Low-Voltage Differential Signaling Bus.

Currently, Seth is employed at Trans Astronautica Corporation since October 2021. Seth first started as an Electrical Engineering Intern, conducting R&D work on mission concepts for NASA's Lunar Polar Mining Outpost. Seth then transitioned to the role of Electrical Engineer and is now the Head of Electrical Engineering & Omnivore Thruster Testbed Project Manager, where they are leading the development of the Omnivore thruster testing apparatus and the efficiency improvement of the TX chain.
