Andi Merson

Andi Merson has a strong background in human resources, with several leadership positions held throughout their career. They most recently worked as the Director, HR Business Partner at Transcarent starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Learning Without Tears from October 2022 to June 2023. Before that, Andi held various roles at 2U, including Sr. Director, Human Resources from April 2019 to June 2022, Director, Human Resources from October 2016 to April 2019, and Sr. Manager, HR from April 2016 to October 2016, among others. They also worked as a Human Resource Generalist at OmniTI Computer Consulting, Inc from August 2006 to September 2012, and as an Executive Intern at Target in 2005.

Andi Merson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising Management from Virginia Tech. In 2012, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. In 2020, Andi obtained certifications in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn. They are currently in the process of obtaining a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching, with an expected completion year of 2022.
