Terri Conroy

Terri Conroy is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Transcat. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP from August 2000 to January 2022, and as an Associate at the same firm from September 1989 to October 1992.

Conroy began their career in 1993 as the Director of Affirmative Action at the State University of New York College at Brockport, where they also served as an adjunct and full-time faculty member, academic administrator, and Associate Director of Human Resources. In their role as Director of Affirmative Action, they were responsible for overseeing the faculty and administrator search process, conducting discrimination and harassment investigations, and compiling and evaluating affirmative action data and policies.

Conroy is a highly experienced human resources professional with a deep understanding of discrimination and harassment issues in the workplace. Terri has used their knowledge and expertise to help Transcat create a safe and inclusive environment for all employees.

Terri Conroy has a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from SUNY Brockport.
