Arshia Banu's work experience begins in 2021 at Camlin Fine Sciences where they worked as a Management Trainee, gaining exposure to various departments such as finance, logistics, and IT. Arshia'sresponsibilities included providing operational support to the procurement team. In 2021, they also worked as an Accounts and Finance Intern at Tring, where they managed invoices, conducted account reconciliations, and worked on accounts payable duties. In 2022, Arshia interned at Testbook as an Operations Intern, where they coordinated and scheduled live educational masterclasses and engaged customers through quizzes and polls. In 2023, they worked at Reset MSM as a Finance Intern and at Transcend Packaging Ltd. as a Finance Analyst.

Arshia Banu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance from SIES College of Management Studies in India. Arshia studied at SIES from 2018 to 2021.
