Scott Gummow

Scott Gummow has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Scott currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Transcendia, Inc. starting from January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at MW Industries, Inc. where they held various roles including Vice President of Human Resources from July 2019 to June 2020, Director of Human Resources from February 2018 to July 2019, and Human Resources Manager from June 2014 to January 2018. Before joining MW Industries, Inc., Scott was a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Omron Automotive Electronics, Inc. from March 2011 to June 2014. Scott began their career at Revcor, where they held positions such as Sr. HR Generalist - Supervisor of Training and Development from December 2006 to May 2010 and HR Generalist from June 2003 to December 2006.

Scott Gummow holds a Masters degree in HR-Training & Development from Illinois State University. Scott also earned a Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a certification in Talent Management from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's Talent Management Institute in February 2019.
