Joe Cleary

Joe Cleary has a wealth of experience in the trucking industry, starting in 1993 as the Truck Leasing and Rental Manager at Owen's Idealease. Joe then moved to Owen's International in 1998, where they served as the General Manager until 2004. From 2004 to 2014, Joe worked at Chicago International Trucks, where they held the position of General Manager. Joe then joined Rush Truck Center in 2014 as the District General Manager until 2018. Most recently, Joe served as the Chief Operating Officer at TransChicago Truck Group from 2019 onwards.

Joe Cleary obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Speech Communications from Eastern Illinois University, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Joe then pursued a Management Degree in Complete Dealership General Management at NADA/ATD Dealer Academy, attending from 1992 to 1993.
