Bahaa Omran has extensive experience in corporate communications, with a focus on strategic communication efforts in the Middle East and North Africa region. Bahaa has held various roles in notable organizations, including TRANSCO, where they currently serve as the Head of Corporate Communications. Prior to this, Bahaa worked at Alstom as the MENAT Communications Director, leading strategies for sustainable rail mobility and overseeing media relations, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications. Bahaa also played a pivotal role in Alstom's recognition as a "Top Employer" and led communications for major rail projects in the region. Bahaa's previous experience includes serving as the Communications Director Middle East at Alstom, Communications Manager at The Brookings Institution for the Middle East and North Africa region, and Senior Communications Specialist at Qatar Museums. Bahaa began their career as a Business Analyst and Business Development Consultant at eBECS, focusing on market research, data analysis, and client engagement. Bahaa gained foundational experience in international business marketing as a Marketing Intern at the World Trade Center Kentucky.

Bahaa Omran has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Bahaa then pursued a Master's degree in Business Communications from Spalding University from 2005 to 2007. In 2018, they completed an Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing Analytics from MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2023, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
