Russell Levine

Russell Levine has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Senior Director of Awesome CX at Transcom since November 2023. In this position, they work with a range of brands to create unique and customer-focused experiences through the use of AI technology.

Prior to their current role, Russell worked as part of the CX Development team at TTEC from November 2019 to November 2023. Before that, they gained experience in business development at Xmartlabs from January 2016 to November 2019 and Myers-Holum from April 2019 to August 2019.

Russell also has internship experience, having worked as an intern at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) from February 2015 to May 2015, and at the Port of Los Angeles from May 2014 to September 2014.

Russell Levine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
