Zsofia Szabo is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across the hospitality and information systems industries. Currently serving as the EU Head of HR at transcosmos Information Systems Ltd since October 2021, Zsofia has also held positions such as Global Recruitment & HR Manager and Human Resources Lead. Prior experience includes roles at Accor as Talent & Culture Manager and Hotel Administrator, as well as positions at Ibis Excel Docklands and Novotel hotels, where responsibilities ranged from sales reservations to front desk management. Zsofia holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and a BSc in Psychology, Criminology & Sociology from the University of Suffolk, further emphasizing a strong foundation in HR practices.
