Vic R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. They began their career at Tribune Company as a Senior Designer, where they focused on designing and layouting advertisements for external and internal clients. They then moved on to Sears Holdings, where they served as a Creative Director, leading a team and developing a design process that improved speed to market.

After that, Vic R. joined Aprimo as a UX Designer for DAM Solutions, taking on various responsibilities such as managing workflow, conducting usability analysis, and performing requirement analysis for a networking platform. They also handled UI design, interaction design, visual design, and strategic thinking.

Next, they worked at Epsilon as a Product Design Lead for AdTech Tools. Here, they led the scaling of creative automation tools, resulting in higher efficiency and the successful development of creative campaigns for well-known companies.
