Gino Fontana, CTP, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development at DePaul University from 1996 to 2001. In 2006, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a short-term program focused on Strategy and Leadership. From 2005 to 2007, they obtained a Process Master certification from Hammer & Associates in Cambridge, Mass, specializing in Process Improvement. Gino also pursued Executive Leadership Coaching at David Martin & Company in Cincinnati, Ohio, from 2008 to 2021. Additionally, they completed Executive Coaching training at the Center for Character Based Leadership in Chicago from 2005 to 2007. Prior to their higher education, Gino graduated from Glenbrook North High School in 1982.
