Khalid Qassim

Khalid Qassim is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service and Co-Founder & Product Manager at Transfer Galaxy since June 2014, Khalid has played a key role in developing an online mobile money transfer service. Prior to this, Khalid held the position of Partnership Örebro at Örebro Municipality from February 2015 to May 2018 and worked as a Handläggare at Arbetsförmedlingen from October 2012 to January 2015. Khalid Qassim's educational background includes a degree from Örebro University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
