David Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. David started their career as a Consultant in Strategy & Operations at Deloitte from 2011 to 2015, specializing in pricing and profitability management. David then worked as a Pricing Analytics Manager at Elsevier Clinical Solutions, where they contributed to providing information solutions for healthcare professionals. In 2017, David became the Director of Pricing and Analytics at ConnectiveRx, focusing on simplifying medication management and optimizing access to medications. David later joined Wayfair as the Head of Profit Management for their brand Perigold, where they played a significant role in revolutionizing the way people shop for home furnishings. From 2021 to 2023, David worked as the Director of Marketplace Strategy and Operations at Monster, leading efforts to connect employers and candidates. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Data and Analytics at TransForce, where they leverage their expertise in CDL driver solutions to drive innovation and efficiency in recruitment and staffing processes.
David Phillips attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 2003 to 2007. David then went on to study Mathematics and Economics at Williams College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from 2007 to 2011.
