Phelan O'Neill

Phelan O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and project leadership, currently serving as Senior MIS Manager at Transform Health, LLC since March 2022. In this role, Phelan manages IT operations for a health consulting firm, oversees the implementation of Salesforce, and analyzes key metrics to support clients and leadership.
