Bratin Mallick

Bratin Mallick has a diverse work experience in the technology and analytics field. Bratin is currently working as the Director of Analytics at Transformco since 2023. Previously, they worked at Sears Holdings India from 2015 to 2023, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to roles such as Principal Architect and Team Lead. At Sears, they led the enhancement of the smart home IoT platform, implemented new features, and defined analytics and IoT platform strategies. Bratin also performed data analytics work, worked on reinforcement learning, and handled developmental responsibilities as a Technical Lead for iOS. Prior to that, Bratin worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an iOS App developer and UI/UX designer from 2010 to 2015. Bratin spearheaded the development of the American Express account servicing application and specialized in mobile banking and financial account servicing applications.
