Ian Jukes (He/Him)

Ian Jukes is a seasoned Senior User Researcher, currently employed at Transform since January 2023, and previously held a similar position at the Department for Education where responsibilities included leading user research activities within the Schools Commercial Team. Ian's background includes roles in user research for the Get Into Teaching service, strategic leadership as Head of Strategy at Impact Reporting, and digital strategy and research at Reason Digital. Ian's early career features administrative and research roles, including experiences at Barton Clough Primary School and Citizens Advice, complemented by volunteer work in both the UK and USA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Social Research Methods and Statistics from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lancaster University.
