Phil Spray

Phil Spray is an experienced content designer and communications professional with a strong background in user experience content and stakeholder management. Currently serving as a Senior Content Designer at Transform, Phil has developed user-centered content for the Department for Education and contributed significantly within agile multi-disciplinary teams. Previous roles include Digital Content Manager at Thames Water, where Phil led a content design approach and mentored team members, as well as Internal Communications Manager, where Phil established strong stakeholder relationships and delivered effective communication strategies. Earlier experiences include roles at Nominet UK, West Berkshire Council, and various broadcasting positions, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Journalism from the University for the Creative Arts.
