Kaushik Samanto

Kaushik Samanto is an experienced practitioner in employability and entrepreneurship, currently associated with Transform Rural India since April 2021. With a specialization in entrepreneurship development, Samanto guides and mentors rural youth, focusing on education, skill acquisition, and the cultivation of entrepreneurial mindsets. Prior roles include work with the International Labour Organization, where Samanto contributed to the SIYB program aimed at starting and improving small businesses, and managing projects at Centre for World Solidarity and SAATHII. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Studies and Rural Management, an MBA in Finance, and a BBA in Accounting and Finance.
