Adam Seys, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in eHealth and digital health solutions. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Manager of Regional eHealth Programs at TransForm Shared Service Organization since April 2013, Adam leads change management and project management resources for the implementation and adoption of provincial eHealth initiatives in the Erie St. Clair LHIN.
