Jenna Ciotti joined Transformation Capital in November 2020.
Most recently, Jenna was an investor at M33 Growth, a Boston-based growth equity firm where she helped lead investments in founder-owned healthcare services and HCIT companies. Prior to M33, Jenna was a management consultant at The Ripples Group, where she helped shape strategy for public and private sector clients in healthcare and across a range of sectors.
Jenna graduated from Yale University with a B.S. in Psychology with Distinction and earned her Master’s of Public Health (MPH) from the Yale School of Public Health, where her studies focused on chronic disease epidemiology and behavioral science. While at Yale, Jenna was also a member of the Yale Women’s Ice Hockey team.
Outside of her passion for healthcare, Jenna enjoys long distance running, vegan cooking, and spending time with her “little sister.” She is actively involved in the Big Sister Foundation of Greater Boston and currently serves on the executive board of Boston Women in Private Equity (BWPE), an organization dedicated to promoting and empowering junior women in investing.
