Sherika Madison-Hall

Sherika Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center management and training, currently serving as the Regional Intake Manager at Transformations Care Network since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sherika spent over seven years at Rochester Regional Health, where responsibilities included training and developing intake staff, monitoring call quality, and managing patient appointment coordination. Sherika's career began at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, where management of a large contact center and development of training initiatives was paramount.
