Dina Burkitbayeva has had a varied career since 2009. Dina began as an intern at White & Case in 2010 and LePatner & Associates, LLP in 2009. Dina then moved to J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2011 and McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst in 2012. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of TRU Book. In 2018, they joined Product School as Head of Growth & Business Development and Lead Instructor, Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies Course for Managers. In 2019, they became an Investor at ATAI Life Sciences AG and a Product Manager (Volunteer) at The Transformative Tech Lab. In 2020, they founded PsyMed Ventures and in 2021, they became the CEO & Co-founder of Freedom Biosciences.

Dina Burkitbayeva's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, which they completed in 2015. Dina also attended the University of Oxford, where they completed a JYA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Phillips Academy from 2002 to 2006. Dina holds a B.S. and B.A. from Cornell University in City & Regional Planning and Economics. Dina also has a Coding for Managers Certificate from Product School, which they obtained in August 2017. Currently, they are a PhD Candidate in East West Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies, which they began in 2020.
