Cass Schmidt

Cass Schmidt, PMP, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Renewables at Transglobal Services LLC, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Cass was the Director of Business Development at Signal Energy from August 2022 to October 2023 and worked as a Project Manager at Fluence from December 2021 to August 2022. Cass has extensive experience in project management, having held various roles at Ulteig, Mortenson, and McCarthy Building Companies, with a focus on heavy highway, wind, and solar energy projects. Cass began a career in engineering and project estimating at Kiewit, where responsibilities included managing field engineers and estimating for projects ranging from $10 million to $2 billion. Cass holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
