Joe Blalock

Joe Blalock is an experienced professional in surveying, currently serving as a Party Chief at TRANSGLOBAL LLC and Transglobal Services LLC since February 2017. Joe has held the position of Survey Party Chief at Bechtel Corporation since September 2015 and has also worked as a Survey Party Chief at EMS since February 2013. Previous roles include being a Survey Manager at Milk and Honey Surveying from December 2019 to December 2022, and a Party Chief at sam Inc. from June 2014 to April 2015. Joe began a career in surveying as a Rodman at LW Survey Company in 2014 and has held the title of Survey Party Chief at Rsh Engineering for a brief time in 2012. Joe's educational background includes a degree from Huntsville High and an AutoCAD certificate from Lonestar College.
