Jaime Wiss Doherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career development, consulting, and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Transition Solutions since May 2024, Jaime specializes in career coaching and personalized support for clients navigating career transitions. As the Owner of Three Buoys Consulting, LLC, established in September 2022, Jaime focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their potential. Previously, Jaime held several key roles at Babson College, including Senior Associate Director of Corporate Relations and Recruitment, where partnerships were cultivated to enhance student career readiness, as well as Interim Director of the Hoffman Family Undergraduate Center for Career Development during the pandemic. With earlier experience in public relations and event management across various organizations, including Cratos Networks and Brodeur Worldwide, Jaime holds a BA in Business Psychology from Miami University.
