Michał Mikołajczyk

Micha Roon is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects for various stakeholders through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha is also active in advisory capacities, contributing to the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a fintech course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Micha holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
