Jim Leclaire

Jim LeClaire, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Jim started their career at Saint-Gobain, where they worked as a Manager of Information Technology from 1991 to 1996.

Jim then joined Renaissance Worldwide as a Project Manager in 1996 before moving on to CommercialWare, Inc., where they served as the Director of Product Development from 2000 to 2001.

From 2001 to 2005, Jim worked at edocs, Inc. as the Director of Business Systems, leading a team responsible for internal systems and IT management. During this time, they also managed the implementation of CA Clarity, an IT management solution.

In 2005, Jim became a Principal Partner at INFONETICS Corporation, overseeing the Microsoft Dynamics GP and Business Intelligence professional services practice. Jim played a crucial role in sales, delivery management, and project management for client accounts.

From 2008 to 2011, Jim joined Citizens Financial Group, Inc. as the VP, Sr. Risk Manager, Operational Risk Management. In this capacity, they coordinated the development and implementation of an organization-wide risk management program and managed a team in support of technical implementations.

Jim then transitioned to Citizens Bank in 2011, where they served as the VP, Business Intelligence Architect. Jim was responsible for designing and developing complex business intelligence solutions to support the Treasury, RBS Group, and corporate partners.

Currently, Jim LeClaire, MBA is working at Transitional Data Services - TDS, starting in 2016. Jim began as a Lead Consultant and later took on the role of Director of Product Management, Services in December 2020.

Jim LeClaire earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they attended from 1986 to 1990. Jim then pursued further education and obtained an MBA from Nichols College, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Jim LeClaire also holds a certification as a Microsoft Business Solutions Certified Professional, which they obtained in March 2005 from Microsoft.
