Prior to that, they served as a Benefits & HRIS Manager at the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, where they oversaw benefits administration, on-boarding/off-boarding processes, workplace investigations, and employee relations. Judy also worked as a Benefits & HR Operations Consultant at Foundation Radiology Group, where they managed benefits, HRIS, and leave of absence programs, as well as provided oversight to the accounting department. Earlier in their career, Judy was a Human Resources Manager at Edgar Snyder & Associates and a Director of Human Resources at IntegraCare Corporation, where they had responsibilities such as overseeing all HR functions, supervising staff, managing compliance programs, handling employee relations, and supporting a large number of employees across multiple locations.
Judy Muller obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy & Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Judy has also received additional certifications including "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn, "SHRM-Certified Professional" from the Society for Human Resource Management, and "Professional in Human Resources (PHR)" from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
