Leesa Jost

Leesa Jost started their work experience in 2012 as a Registered Nurse at OSF HealthCare and stayed there until 2018. In 2019, they joined Transitions Hospice and Palliative Care as the Vice President Of Clinical Services, where they currently work.

Leesa Jost completed their education with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Bellin College between 2009 and 2012. Following that, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in the field of Family Nurse Practitioner from St Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, between 2015 and 2018.
