Katya Kamlovskaya, PhD, is an experienced professional with a strong background in computational linguistics, data science, and translation. Currently serving as a Certified NAATI Translator at Translatables since 2004, Katya has also held key roles as a Senior Data Scientist with Luxembourg National Data Service and Deputy Training Coordinator at ELIXIR. Previous experience includes working as a Computational Linguist and Data Scientist at Zortify, where involvement in AI solutions development and NLP systems design occurred. With a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Luxembourg and a Master's degree in Linguistics and Translation Studies, Katya possesses expertise in Python, NLP, and data visualization, and has a proven track record in academia, coordination of ICT events, and stakeholder management.
