Devender Malik has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Smart City Project Coordinator at IL&FS Technologies Ltd. since December 2015, Devender has also held the position of Manager Pre-Sales Networking at Transline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. since May 2009. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Engineer at TATA Telecom Limited from February 2001 to March 2006 and as a Technician at Essar Cellular Limited from August 1996 to 2000.
