Carol Sherman

Carol Sherman has a long and distinguished career in the business world. Carol began their career in 1990 as the Chief Financial Officer at Profile, where they were responsible for financial and operational turnaround. In 1993 they moved to Exelon, where they were the Chief Administrative Officer, Controller and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Her responsibilities included establishing the company's project assessment criteria, developing sophisticated financial models, establishing employee compensation plans, and completing a $120 million private equity placement. In 1999 they joined TransLumen Technologies as the President and Chief Operations Officer. In this role they were the main point of contact for all discussions with various segments of the military and defense industry, strategized the competitive landscape within electronics marketplaces, and developed and marketed the company's branding and product offering.

Carol Sherman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Michigan State University, where they earned their degree in Finance in 1978. Carol also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a second major in Political Science from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have completed an Executive Program in Strategic Planning from the University of Michigan.
