Hajar Tahoun has over a decade of experience in customer solutions and account management within the logistics and freight industry. Currently serving as a Key Accounts Customer Solutions Manager at Transmar since December 2019, Hajar has progressively advanced through various roles, including Key Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. Prior to this, Hajar spent several years at Transmar in roles such as Account Manager and Senior Customer Service Executive. Hajar's earlier career includes positions at Aramex as a Customer Service Executive and at Gulf Freight Group as an Operations Department Specialist, alongside a role at Trust Freight as a Customer Service Representative. Hajar holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, earned between 2007 and 2011.
