Yasmine Rizk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and trade analysis within the logistics and shipping industry. Currently serving as the Central Customer Experience Manager at Transmar since April 2020, Yasmine has also held roles such as Trade Manager and Customer Service Team Leader. Prior to this, Yasmine worked as a Business Development Manager at DMG MORI, focusing on order processing and project profitability in the Africa region. Previous positions include Trade Analyst at both Sealand and Seago Line, where strategies for East and West Mediterranean trade were executed. Yasmine's career began at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where roles spanned from Care Business Partner to Export Customer Service Coordinator. Yasmine holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Marketing from The German University in Cairo.
