Christine Hoagland

Christine Hoagland is the Senior Vice President of Operations at TranSmart, where Christine oversees program controls for large-scale transportation programs. Prior to their current role, Christine held various leadership positions at HNTB, including Vice President and Program Director at the Illinois Tollway PMO. Christine also has extensive experience in capital programs, budgeting, and public administration, having worked at organizations such as the School District of Philadelphia, Chicago Transit Authority, and Chicago Public Schools. Christine holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Northern Illinois University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
