Taylor Beer

Taylor Beer is an experienced technical support professional currently serving as the Technical Support Team Leader at Transmax Pty Ltd since January 2017. Responsibilities include managing daily operations and providing senior-level technical direction while resolving complex issues. Prior roles at Transmax included Level 3 and Level 2 Service Desk Officer positions, where Taylor delivered technical support, managed escalations, and improved service processes. Additionally, Taylor began a career at a private student accommodation as a Computer/Networking Technician, addressing troubleshooting and network management for residents. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology (Networking) from Gold Coast Institute of TAFE.
