Andre Costa

Andre Costa has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. Andre started their career as a Business Trainee at Itaú BBA, where they gained exposure to investment banking, treasury, commercial, and credit areas. Andre then moved on to ALL - América Latina Logística S.A., where they served as the General Manager of Intermodal Operations, overseeing logistics operations for a subsidiary company. During their time there, they achieved a significant increase in monthly container volume. Andre later worked at Topico as the General Manager of Logistics & Operations, managing logistics, business operations, and customer service functions for a firm providing temporary warehouse solutions. Andre then joined TECSIS - Clean Power for the World as the Senior Manager of Logistics & Supply Chain, where they led supply chain and logistics functions managing a large distribution center and multiple warehouses. At Amazon, Andre held various roles, including Head of Planning and Expansion for Amazon Scout and Senior Manager of Amazon Logistics Global Expansion, where they led the launches of Amazon Logistics in Brazil and UAE. Their most recent position was at TransMedics, Inc. as the Vice President of Transplant Logistics.

Andre Costa received their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2001 to 2005. In 2014 to 2016, they pursued an Executive MBA Worldwide from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
