Susan Goodman

Susan assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources in 2020 after working with the team as a consultant since 2014. Susan has over 25 years of HR Leadership experience developing and implementing human resources strategies and programs, across all functions of human resources, in environments ranging from early start-ups to large global corporations. Before coming on board full time, Susan ran an HR consulting practice focused on small to mid-sized companies, and previously held various HR leadership positions at Sentillion, Philips, Agilent and Hewlett-Packard. Susan has a BA in Sociology from Barnard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
