Mike Hook

Michael Hook is an experienced electrical engineer with extensive expertise in transmission and distribution networks. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Transmission Investment since August 2023, Michael also holds the position of Team Leader for Engineering Specialists and Senior Engineer at PSC - Power Systems Consultants since February 2020. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Ramboll from September 2015 to February 2020, focusing on offshore wind and transmission projects, and Consultant Engineer at Sinclair Knight Merz from September 2008 to September 2015, where responsibilities included power system analysis and network development in the UK and Middle East. Michael holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Newcastle University, completed in July 2007.
