Mirit Barak

Mirit Barak currently holds the position of VP of Finance at Transmit Security, beginning in April 2023. Previously, Mirit served as CFO at Intezer from December 2017 to August 2022, and also held the CFO role at nsKnox from December 2017 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes working as the Controller for the Americas at CyberArk between November 2014 and August 2017, and prior to that, serving as a Manager at EY Boston from October 2006 to May 2014, starting in the Tel-Aviv office within the High-Tech and Life Science audit group. Mirit Barak earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from the same institution in 2006.
