Zafer Ercan

Zafer Ercan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Project Planning at Transocean since August 2022. Prior roles include Engineering Leader and Technical Project Manager at National Oilwell Varco, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical and subsea engineering for technical queries and rig field issues. At Odfjell Drilling, Zafer held multiple positions including Subsea Superintendent, overseeing subsea project and operation support for offshore drilling, and served as a Subsea Engineer on a new build program. Zafer's career began at Songa Offshore as a Senior Subsea Engineer and progressed through various roles, including Project Engineer and Mechanical Supervisor at Tuzla Shipyard.
