Siti Nuraeni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2012, they worked as an English Language Teacher at The English Way until 2016, followed by a position as an English Tutor at Wall Street English Indonesia in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an English Tutor at English Talk Indonesia. In 2017, they held the role of Secretary at the International Education Student Association. In 2019, they joined the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia, where they served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist until 2021. During their time at the ministry, they also worked as an Education and Program Consultant for Balai Guru Penggerak. Afterward, in 2022, they worked as a Curriculum Developer at Transparent Language and later moved on to become a Senior Instructional Designer at The KPI Institute. Additionally, prior to their professional career, they founded Brebes Mengabdi in 2014.
Siti Nuraeni obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Education from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta. Following that, they went on to pursue a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision at Penn State University from 2017 to 2019.
