Jeff Waskiewicz

Jeff Waskiewicz has extensive experience in the field of DevOps and IT engineering. Jeff started their career as an IT Manager at Key Boston, Inc., where they maintained web applications and managed IT infrastructure. Jeff then served as an IT Consultant at JMW Consulting before joining NEIEP as an Assistant IT Manager, where they improved the web infrastructure and developed solutions using the latest web technologies.

Jeff's career in DevOps began at Accruent, where they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Jeff managed a team of DevOps engineers, implemented CI/CD pipelines, and managed a multi-million dollar infrastructure. Jeff later served as a Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Accruent, leading development pods and implementing release readiness processes.

After their tenure at Accruent, Jeff worked at Certica Solutions as a Manager of Cloud Operations and DevOps. Jeff developed an incident management process and managed a multi-cloud environment. Jeff also migrated on-premise applications to AWS and implemented a new CI/CD pipeline.

Jeff then joined Epicor Software as a Principal DevOps Engineer before taking on the role of Staff DevOps Engineer at Abrigo. At Abrigo, they introduced peer review and code review processes, developed pipelines and automation using Octopus and Ansible, and improved package management.
