Ewa Sokolowska

Ewa Sokolowska is an experienced professional in pharmacology and neuroscience, currently serving as the Director and Head of Transpharmation Poland Ltd. since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing a team of scientists in pre-clinical behavioral pharmacology research and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on research contracts. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at Transpharmation Ireland, Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki focusing on gene regulatory networks in anxiety, and a PhD student at the University of Zurich researching synaptic plasticity. Ewa has also completed internships at EMBL and in the European programs sector, and possesses strong technical skills in protein analysis and in vivo behavioral studies, alongside excellent organizational and adaptive capabilities, supported by a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Zurich and a Master’s in Biotechnology.
